We’ve mentioned the impending reopening of Citizen Cake, and now Tablehopper brings word that it’s actually very soon: November 7th-ish. ALSO, Elizabeth Falkner’s hired a new chef de cuisine, Amy Glaze, who only recently arrived in town and has already had jobs at Le Club and Circa. She’ll still be consulting with Circa, but will collaborate with Falkner on the new menu, with Falkner’s side being a bit Spanish-influenced after a recent trip to Spain. [Tablehopper, Earlier]
