Chefs Go Gluten-Free for Celiac Awareness

On Sunday, chefs from some of the area’s top restaurants will converge on the Philadelphia Cruise Terminal at Pier One at the Philadelphia Navy Yard for the National Foundation for Cleiac Awareness’ Appetite for Awareness: a Gluten-Free Cooking Spree. Chefs from participating restaurants, including Chifa, Amis, Zahav and Bar Ferdinand, will serve gluten-free dishes for guests. There will also be a beer garden serving gluten-free beer and more than 85 vendors showing off their gluten-free goodies. Ticket prices range from $25 to $75.
