You may remember this summer’s changes at Wulf’s Fish Market in Brookline, but here’s a quick refresher: high-end seafood distributors Chris and Hannah Edelman of Specialty Seafoods acquired it.
“When the original arrangement was made to purchase the store,’’ says Chris Edelman, “there were some stipulations, and one of them was to uphold Wulf’s traditions.” So that’s what they’re doing.
It is true that the store’s selections have expanded and the cash register MAY have been moved. But that’s it. Really.
