Harvard history professor James Kleppenberg doesn’t “expect to walk into L’Espalier and see Larry and his wife at the next table. He’s not a gourmet eater.” Scintillating!
But now, the question on everyone’s mind: will Mr. Bartley’s Burger Cottage bring back the Swiss cheese and honey mustard bedecked Larry Summers burger? Don’t worry, the Times is on it: “Bill Bartley, the general manager, was noncommittal Wednesday, saying Mr. Summers would thrive back at Harvard regardless.”
