Michael Bauer provided a handy french fry roundup in Sunday’s Chron, revealing his six favorites: Starbelly, Flora, Angèle, Willi’s Wine Bar, Chez Papa Bistrot, and Marlowe, of which he writes, “With each bite, the fry shatters like glass to reveal a creamy, almost custard-like inside.” [Chron]
