The Summit boys are still waiting on an inspection or two, but they’re rip-roarin and ready to go over 780 Valencia. As we’ve discussed earlier, the new eatery/gallery/café is hoping to be many things to many people, and chef Eddie Lau is upping the ante with foodie cred and a menu of haute bistro food. Today, Thrillist prints up said menu, featuring a yummy sounding 28-hour shortrib sandwich for lunch, sausage and grits for dinner, as well as a mushroom and lobster dish with house-made Vadouvan.
