That “vacation” that Ebb & Flow decided to take back in July hasn’t ended, and now the phone number’s disconnected. So you know what? We’re going to call it for the seafood restaurant in the seemingly cursed space at 18th and Guerrero. Former chef Vincent Schofield recently opened Darwin Café (212 Ritch Street), and the Drolopas brothers — who were behind Ebb & Flow and its predecessor Craig’s Place — may still give it another go with a new name and concept TBD.
