A few weeks ago Grub Street mentioned that former Chew Man Chu chef Tyson Wong Ophaso was prepping a food truck dubbed Bee Innovation for flights around University of Pennsylvania and Drexel this fall. Ophaso has since changed his mind, christened the truck Tyson Bees and expects to have it ready to roll in time for the Food Trust’s initial Night Market East Passyunk at Tasker and Passyunk on September 30. The buzz on this latest truck to hit the streets is it will serve a wide selection of Asian-inspired dishes, ranging from Korean tacos and Bahn Mi to Pad Thai and assorted curries.

Meanwhile Guapos Tacos, the taco truck from Jose Garces that we told you made its big debut at this month’s Amis industry night, will roll out again on Sunday at Whole Foods at 2001 Pennsylvania Avenue to help celebrate the grocer’s 30th Anniversary.
