Following its arrival last month in Beverly Hills, another location of Texas-based The Salad Bowl is due nearby on Beverly Blvd. This, as you may recall, is the build-your-own-salad spot name-checked by the Governator, weeks before his slam yesterday against big oil while attempting to terminate our era’s current class war. The new location looks more like a homegrown market than the contemporary space of the first, with two stories and roughly twice the space. Under construction just off of Robertson, where healthy eating is always en vogue, it should be open sometime next month, according to the chain.
