Thankfully, there’s a silver lining in the clouds that have rained out the Food Trust’s inaugural Nightmarket, which was originally scheduled for tonight. The market’s new date — Thursday, October 7 — works out so Tyson Bees, the much-hyped food truck from former Chew Man Chu chef Tyson Wong Ophaso, can participate. As Grub Street mentioned earlier this week, minor logistical problems were preventing the truck from making its debut as its owners had initially promised. Along with a slew of participating restaurants, located in and around the 10th and Tasker neighborhood who will offer everything from arancini with smoked mozzarella to shrimp ceviche, Tyson Bees will be slinging Banh Mi with Black Forest ham and dill aioli, Foobooz reports. Keep your fingers crossed that the weather holds out for next Thursday. [Foobooz]
