Rhapsody Goes Italian Thanks to Dean Zanella

It’s only been a few weeks since Chef Dean Zanella picked up a new gig at Rhapsody in the Loop, but he’s already made his mark. The menu is a pretty dramatic change. Given that he just came from the authentic Alindo’s, it figures that the menu would feature a collection of Italian dishes. But it’s still kind of fascinating how far he’s gone. What used to be “Starters” are now “Antipasti.” There is even also a whole new pasta section of the menu. Those who were regulars will probably find comfort in the fact that there is still a huge steak on the menu, but it’s also sharing room with a Pork Chop Milanese. Check out the full menu here.
