We all knew it was coming, but it’s still kind of startling to see that it’s finally here. After a largely successful run, Brasserie Jo closed last month to be replaced by a new unnamed project. Well, according to the Stew, that new project turns out to be the Paris Club and it will open in mid-November. While the Stew is mum on any further details, Time Out Chicago let’s us know that it will serve “French soul food,” including many staples with “little twists.” Plus, we are promised wine on tap, and lord knows we LOVE wine on tap.
