On Tuesday night, the NFL’s all-time leading rusher, and 2010 Hall of Fame Inductee Emmitt Smith stopped in Stephen Starr’s Butcher & Singer while passing through Philly. Though he didn’t stick around long enough for dinner, a tipster tells Grub Street that the former Cardinals running back and his companion hung out at the bar, sipping Lemon Drops and chatting with other guests.
