It’s time again for another, ever-so helpful audio pronunciation guide from the Weekly. This time, it’s a guide to pronouncing various local chefs names that have likely stumped you, like Chez Spencer/Spencer on the Go chef Laurent Katgely and one we only just last week figured out ourselves, Commis chef James Syhabout (pictured).
