Beloved Roslindale spot Geoffrey’s Cafe will open a second location in the old home of Laurel Grill and Bar at 142 Berkeley Street, per Geoffrey’s Facebook page. This is a return to the neighborhood for Geoffrey’s, which was originally located in the Back Bay from 1991-1994. The Back Bay Geoffrey’s will offer the same comfort food (don’t miss the donut muffins at brunch) and ultra-reasonable prices (cocktails start at just $6.50!) that have made the restaurant such a staple in Roslindale. There will be a private function room and the interior will feature 420 mirrors. Geoffrey’s Cafe Back Bay will open this fall.
