Fashion models might not eat (much), but all bets were off for the designers over the past seven days with NYFW-hobnobbing and parties aplenty. As part of a Fashion Week tradition and treat for his staff, Michael Kors took his design employees out for a bit of a kitsch meal at Sardi’s — they all dined on shrimp skewers and pigs in blankets. Victoria Beckham grabbed a quick meal at Nobu the night after showing her latest line. At the Lion, Karl Lagerfeld’s appearance at dinner was the main attraction, making even the venue’s other celebrity diners starstruck. Whether Karl actually ate anything there, however, is another story.
