If Rick Bayless deserves any condemnation for pushing his Mexican onto our streets, shouldn’t Chipotle probably be stoned to death? Nope, the rapid, all-encompassing expansion of the chain continues unopposed in Southern California, with a new store opening this Saturday on Wilshire right by El Rey. Sure, their recent efforts to go locavore and sustainable really are to be applauded, but we’ll be down the street taking the taco tour at Candela.
