Forget the lines. Forget that there were twice as many booze stands as food ones. What most people spent last Saturday and Sunday doing was eating, and here is a collection of some of the dishes they encountered. These aren’t necessarily the best, though some are (we love you grilled wagyu). These are just ones that immediately caught our eye. The range was pretty impressive. From an elegant and complex crab preparation from Ria to that simple and luscious grilled piece of Wagyu beef from Japonais, it was very hard to go hungry.
