Wednesday, October 6th, Mayor Villaraigosa and over 35 chefs will unite during “Good Food For All” at Vibiana Cathedral (the future home of Neil Fraser’s reopening Grace) to unveil the first report from the city’s Food Policy Task Force, which no, is not the same crew behind The Taco Task Force. Organized by Roots of Change, the public event will explore how L.A. plans to address access to sustainable, affordable, healthy food, while offering tastings from a long list of the city’s most conscientious chefs, including Nancy Silverton, FIG’s Ray Garcia, Suzanne Goin, Evan Kleiman, and Casita Mexicana’s Jamie Martin del Campo. $100 tickets are now being sold online.
