Speaking of hot-dog buns, the menu at Bun & Co. is getting a major revamp after just a few weeks of business. Ratha Chaupoly is scaling back the number of stuffed hot-dog buns to just three, and starting tomorrow, the bulk of the menu will consist of sandwiches from Num Pang (and Bun & Co.’s predecessor, Kampuchea). “Since I’ve closed Kampuchea, the well-loved and missed sandwiches have been asked for pretty much every day,” Chaupoly tells us. Folks, if the wait at the Meatball Shop gets to be a bit much, there’s now a veal-meatball sandwich around the corner. The new menu, straight ahead.
