Bill’s Bar and Burger had hoped to open its 10,000-square-feet Rockefeller Center outpost in the former Tuscan Square space back in the spring, but as they say in the plumbing business, stuff happens, and not until tomorrow will the burger behemoth that started the whole spiked-milkshakes trend (or was that BLT Burger?) arrive in midtown. The buzz around Bill’s has quieted considerably since the meatpacking location launched to controversial acclaim, but even in an area served by Burger Heaven and Primeburger, somehow we doubt Steve Hanson and his merry greeters and tweeters will have any trouble filling the 400 seats and two bars across two floors. There are some new menu items, too: Check out the sliders, lettuce cups, turkey hot dog, and more in our slideshow, and on the menu below.
