Soon after Obika imports fresh mozzarella to Century City’s Westfield this fall, a new Greek restaurant will open in the same complex. Milking the movie, the restaurant is called Big Fat Pita and will serve lunch and dinner. In an early Twitter, the eatery says two consulting chefs from New York were flown in to teach them how to make proper baklava and spinach pie. It might not replace a raging Thursday night at Papa Cristo’s, but it might do for a gyro before you see a movie. Currently, the business is trackable on Twitter and Facebook, with a website coming soon.
