Adsum, Matt Levin and Kar Vivekananthan’s refined neighborhood bistro that opened in July, is the latest to crash the Center City District’s Restaurant Week party. Like Bistrot La Minette and Meme, which Grub Street mentioned yesterday were both offering special prix fixe menus despite being located outside the Center City District’s borders, Adsum is out of bounds for Restaurant Week. Nonetheless Levin and Vivekananthan have introduced their own three-course menu that they will serve throughout Restaurant Week for $35. An optional wine pairing is also being offered for an additional $12. Click through to see the menu.

First course options

Tuna Carpaccio
with Italian long hots, green apple and fried garlic-soy

Romaine Salad
with roasted onion, polenta croutons and lemon-thyme dressing, paired with Austrian Gruner Veltliner

Main course options

Pork Mole
with radish salad, flat bread and lime

Ricotta Gnudi
with sweet corn, tarragon and Arthur’s tomatoes, paired with Bordeaux from Chateau de Lionne.

Dessert options

with white chocolate-habanero sauce

Ice Cream Sandwich
paired with Botrytis Semillon from Australia.

A special cocktail, the Vinnie Brando (Pimm’s, Lillet blanc, lime juice, tonic and mint) will also be offered for $6.
