We’ve known for a month now that La Tache in Andersonville would be replaced by a new American/Dutch bistro called Vincent. But we didn’t expect the flip to be this quick. Before La Tache even closed this past Saturday, Time Out showed off Vincent’s new menu. Oh well, on to the next one. True to its definition, the menu features a mix of Dutch staples (Moules Frites) with modern American offerings (Crab Croquettes with Old Bay mayonnaise). Talking to The Stew, new owner Joncarl Lachman said he is still “trying to pare it down,” but you can take a look at the unedited menu over at Time Out. The restaurant plans to open by September 10.
