Commonwealth (2224 Mission), the new charitable, hip, neighborhood restaurant from the Mission Street Food team is set to (probably) debut next Tuesday, August 10, in the former El Herradero digs. Tablehopper brings us the menu today from chef Jason Fox (formerly of Bar Tartine), which sounds pretty inventive and refined, with the added bonus of the most expensive dish being sixteen bucks. Lamb tongue makes an appearance as an entrée, and the most intriguing item might be the marrow-stuffed squid with tamarind pork and black garlic. See all the deliciousness for yourself, below.
