
The last time Grub Street caught up with Edward Bianchini, the acclaimed hotelier and restaurateur who opened the sleek and stylish number Tweed in the former Les Bons Temps space back in June, he told us about his plans for a boutique hotel. While that project slowly takes shape, his restaurant is launching new happy hour specials this week. Every night - except Wednesdays during Center City Sips season - the restaurant is offering a specially priced selection of drinks, and an impressive array of bar snacks, created by Chef David Cunningham, from 5 to 7 p.m. Click through to see the menus.
