Will anyone beat Phillip Foss’s “Foss Hog?” The Lockwood chef’s hearty egg topped sausage at Franks ‘N’ Dawgs has won the last three guest “Star Chef” contests, trumping Curtis Duffy’s “Duffy Duck,” Aaron Deal’s “Veal Deal,” and Mike Sheerin’s “Schmearin’ Sheerin.” Who would want to challenge that kind of dominance? Well, the next contestant is cibo matto’s Todd Stein, who is preparing a “Frank ‘n’ Stein,” which must surely win for best name.
