Chicago food writer Amelia Levin (whose bylines have appeared in places like Metromix, Daily Candy, and Edible Chicago) has signed a deal to write The Chicago Chef’s Table, reports Publisher’s Marketplace. The cookbook will feature 100 “signature dishes” from over fifty top Chicago chefs (including the Big Three of Trotter, Bayless, and Achatz), and promises content on the city’s “burgeoning street food scene” — though no word yet on whether this will be the definitive guide to at-home CCC.
