Not your average wings.

After a summer filled with basic lists of his favorite Chicago foods (pizza, ribs, Italian beefs), it’s nice to see Steve Dolinsky back in front of a camera chowing down on some food. It’s what he does best. Luckily, he also uses this segment to crown his favorite wings in the city, which come from Take Me Out in Pilsen. The wings are Frenched to create a clean handle, fried, and then tossed with “this intense, deeply aromatic, very secretive, chili sauce, which they say takes about six or seven hours to make.” And you’ve been settling for Buffalo Wild Wings for all these years.
