
Feast reports that Sunda’s Executive Chef Rodelio Aglibot is moving to New York to become the Executive Chef of the BLT Restaurant Group. While this means that he will actually be leaving Chicago, it doesn’t mean that he’ll be leaving Sunda completely behind. He’ll reportedly be traveling back every other week to check up on the popular spot. Also today, Feast got the scoop that the first BLT restaurant in Chicago will be The Florentine, an Italian restaurant which plans to open sometime around October in the brand new JW Marriot Chicago in the Loop.
