Back in business…
While we’ve been dealing with heatwaves and alligators in our river systems this month, a few restaurants decided to take the time off. One sixtyblue has been doing some renovations, including adding some sidewalk seating, a wood-burning oven, new dining room chairs, a completely redesigned lounge, and –why not– a fresh new coat of paint. Makes your summer plans look a little skimpy, no? Doug Sohn plans to reopen Hot Doug’s on Wednesday at 10:30. He claims the month was, “marked by Scotch and sleeping in,” which does sound a lot more fun. [312 Dining Diva, @hotdougs]
