Today, CNN has some rather inexplicable raw video of sausage mascots boarding a train for a baseball game, and earlier, TMZ had some equally surreal live cam footage from outside of Takeru Kobayashi’s court hearing (you’ll recall the Tsunami bum-rushed the stage after he was denied entry into the Coney Island hot-dog-eating contest). According to a TMZ update, “The judge just dismissed Kobayashi’s case. He was issued an Adjournment in Contemplation of Dismissal (ACD). Basically the case will be officially dismissed 6 months from now.” You can just hear the Shea brothers in the Major League Eating offices, saying “doggone it.”
