Current (at least this week he’s safe) and local Top Chef cheftestant, Kevin Sbraga, is leaving the Stephen Starr run Rat’s Restaurant at Grounds for Sculpture in Hamilton, N.j., the Insider reports. He plans to pack his knives and exit the restaurant in September. Exactly where he’s going after that is uncertain. The Willingboro native is reportedly working on securing funding and a location for his own restaurant. [Insider]
