The hawkers decide their picks for what to vend and where in a pecking order so strict each one knows their exact senority number and the factors determining the best assignments, ranging from the weather to the time of day, are myriad. Fenway’s concessionaires are so skilled, in fact, that a group of Hub hawkers recently traveled to Toronto to train their Canadian equivalents. Just one more awesome thing coming out of Fenway Park!
