The latest in the Ike’s drama: an official notice from the sheriff directing Ike to vacate the premises by 6:01 a.m. next Wednesday. Owner Ike Shehadeh has an appeal scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, but if he banks on being able to stay and gets shot down, he’ll have less than 24 hours to pack up.
