Does the cast of Gossip Girl know how to cook? Considering how frequently they were seen dining out this — and every — week, it would seem not. On-off couple Ed Westwick and Jessica Szohr were just so hungry they resorted to eating each other’s faces over sushi at Izakaya — which would suggest they’re back on again. With a candlelit meal at Market Table, Blake Lively and Penn Badgley managed to keep things a little classier; later in the week, Chace Crawford joined them at Nobu. Perhaps just like their pampered UES characters, they’re flummoxed without a butler, maid (shout out to Dorota), or private chef to do the hard work for them. Here’s the rest of this week’s celebrity sightings, including Vice-President Joe Biden at Otto.

Izakaya Ten: Gossip Girl co-stars Ed Westwick and Jessica Szohr continue to let their personal lives mirror the plots of their hit show, and were spotted making out after an otherwise private dinner. [Page Six/NYP]
Market Table: A cozy dinner in the West Village for Penn Badgley and Blake Lively. [Gawker Stalker]
Mr. Chow: Former governer Mario Cuomo and friends, including Hank Aaron, talked baseball bonuses over dinner, and compared who’d got the better deal. [NYDN]
Nello: Of course Kanye West wore sunglasses throughout his meal with Jay-Z. Were you really expecting otherwise? [Necole Bitchie]
Nobu: Eating out again, Penn and Blake met up with their co-star Chace Crawford for an evening meal. Also in the house, but dining separately: Goldie Hawn. [JustJared]
Otto Enoteca Pizzeria: VP Joe Biden is apparently a MasterChef fan. While out for a pizza dinner in the city, he asked to meet Otto owner Joe Bastianich, having seen him judge on the show. [Grub Street]
Paris Commune: Julia Roberts and friends held a “deep conversation” about her latest film, Eat, Pray, Love, though it’s surely far from a head-scratcher … [Page Six/NYP]
Rao’s: Martha Stewart enjoyed a meal with head honchos from Home Depot and Macy’s, who squabbled over who’s moving more of her merch in store. [Page Six/NYP]
Rue 57: While at dinner with her sister, Miss USA Rima Fakih ate from the bread basket. There’s been no word yet from Trump as to whether this egregious offense will cost her the crown. [Grub Street]
Strawberry’s Sports Grill: Stars stepping out for the grand opening of Darryl Strawberry’s eponymous restaurant included Justin Timberlake, Yankee outfielder Nick Swisher with girlfriend Joanna Garcia, DWTS professional Karina Smirnoff, and Bachelorette Ali Fedotowsky. [People]
The Park: After the premiere of cop comedy The Other Guys, the cast and crew, including Will Ferrell and Eva Mendes, attended a dinner and after-party. [JustJared]
Uncle Jack’s Steakhouse: There’s some irresistible car-crash TV in the making: Michael Lohan met with other “stars” of a reality show that will film their lives in shared Hamptons digs. Is it too much to hope for a Dina cameo and the inevitable fireworks? [X17Online]
