Get Ready for Some Grahampagne

Well over a month ago, we heard that Graham Elliot was developing a specialty brew with Goose Island Brewing. The brewery has worked with Rick Bayless and Paul Kahan before, and constantly updates its products. Still, we weren’t quite prepared for Elliot’s collaboration, which is affectionately know as Grahampagne. He tweeted that it “tastes like branding & ego ;),” though it also features cardamom, chile, pineapple, lychee, and lemongrass. Blake Royer attended the Goose Island event with Elliot, and has a great rundown of how the beer was made. Also, Goose Island produced a little video, which you can check out below.

The new beer will be available at the Goose Island Brewpub at Clybourn, and at Graham Elliot.
