We were stunned this summer when Aldino’s closed in Little Italy after only being open for little over four months. The partnership between Scott Harris and Chef Dean Zanella received mostly positive reviews, and the concept (an Italian restaurant in Little Italy) seemed air-tight. But business lagged, which Zanella blamed on being the “right concept in the wrong neighborhood.” Luckily, both have moved on. We already knew that Scott Harris was redeveloping the space as the CooKoo Room, and now we just learned that Zanella has taken the Executive Chef position at Rhapsody in the Loop.
