City Council president Mike Ross’ dream of a hundred food trucks for Boston is one step closer to reality. The city is currently soliciting Requests for Proposal for their 2011 Food Truck Challenge, which will establish a mobile food court in City Hall Plaza.
The trucks should “support dietary and environmental health” and “help create and support an environment of diverse activities and excitement in and around Boston City Hall Plaza.” RFPs are due September 13, but until then, we want to hear from you: what sort of food trucks would you like to see at Government Center?
