The end of an era.

We knew this was going to happen for well over a month, but it’s still a little sad to realize that this Sunday will be Brasserie Jo’s last. The Lettuce Entertain You restaurant has been serving sophisticated French bistro fare for over fifteen years, and it’s remained thoroughly popular the whole time. It’s being converted into an “affordable” French spot, that will be more in line with its neighbor Hub 51. We’re definitely excited to see what direction Chef Tim Graham will take the new restaurant, but it’s still the end of an era. Try to sneak in for a table if you can. [Chicagoist]
