Zinneken’s, a Belgian waffle shop, will soon open in Harvard Square, reports Lingbo Li. The shop, helmed by Harvard alum Nhon Ma and business partner Bertrand Lempkowicz, will offer Liege waffles topped with everything from Nutella to Oreos, macarons, chocolates, and crepes. Though Zinneken’s official location is still under wraps, it’s expected to be somewhere around Winthrop Street. Between this and Saus, Boston is experiencing something of a Belgian boom this fall.
