California chain Blowfish Sushi is suing Roslindale’s Blowfish Restaurant, reports Fork Lift. The West Coast Blowfish claims that it has spent thousands of dollars promoting its brand and has plans to expand beyond its current three locations. No one at Roslindale’s Blowfish was available for comment, but a forced name change might not be the worst thing in the world — is a poisonous fish truly the best mascot for a casual fish and burger spot? Even the California company uses “Sushi to Die For” as its terrifying tagline.
