Just days after Ronen Seri announced the September opening of his vegan-tapas spot V-Note, his Blossom co-owner (and ex-wife) Pamela Elizabeth launches a vegan expansion of her own. Blossom Du Jour will be “a vegan counter and take-away,” reports the Village Voice, with a standard café menu including salads, sandwiches, burgers, soups, and pot pies — not to mention vegan soft-serve. The first location of the anticipated chain (tagline: “Shrewd Fast Food”) will open in Chelsea in September, with a second location to follow a few months down the line.
