
Rick Bayless is scheduled to open not one but two new outlets for his contemporary Mexican cuisine at O’Hare Airport this fall, reports the AP. Terminals 1 and 3 will feature as yet unnamed torterias featuring Bayless’s mega-famous Mexican cuisine: as Bayless elaborated to The Stew, there will be “tortilla soup, aguas frescas, a customize-it-yourself guacamole bar, and a bar with good margaritas.” Coming from Bayless, we’d expect great margaritas, but in the context of airport food, good is probably more than good enough.
