The Diving Horse, the beachy BYOB that the Pub & Kitchen folks unfurled in Avalon back in June, has the cure for the ultimate bummer that comes with the end of summer. Come Labor Day, when owners Dan Clark and Ed Hackett, and Chef Jonathan “Johnny Mac” Adams had originally planned to wind down their inaugural season down the shore, the Horse will remain open and continue serving their much talked about fare through the end of September.
