California-based chain The Yard House will open its second Boston-area location in the Fenway, reports the Boston Business Journal. The new Yard House will take over the former home of Boston Billiard Club at 126 Brookline Avenue.
Like its Dedham predecessor, Yard House Fenway will offer 175 beers on tap. Unlike its sibling to the south, the new Yard House will also have seating for a whopping 500, including an outdoor patio. Yard House Fenway is expected to open this fall.
