No region goes unrecognized in Health magazine’s roundup of the fattiest foods in America — there’s one from each state. Predictable choices like Illinois’s deep-dish pizza, Pennsylvania’s Philly cheesesteak, and California’s In-N-Out double-double pale in comparison to true gastronomic monstrosities like Michigan’s BLT bearing over twenty strips of bacon, or upstate New York’s three-pound, French-fry-laden garbage plate.
