Think Tank, the new Kendall Square spot from owners Vincent Conte, Mitchell Muroff and Jay Leo and chef Colin Davis (formerly of Toro and Franklin Cafe), is now open in Kendall Square. The menu is unique and eclectic, pulling from Asian and Middle Eastern cuisines to form something that Conte likes to call “Cantabrigian-American.” Most appetizers and sandwiches fall under the $10 mark, while entrees go up $24.
