
After soft-opening and serving a limited menu for a couple of weeks, mid-century-fetishizing Mint Plaza eatery Thermidor has debuted their full menu, which includes the namesake dish, Lobster Thermidor. Chef Bruce Binn (also of Spork) has put together a hearty, nostalgic — one might even say manly — menu that would make the Mad Men proud. Also of note: they’re now serving lunch.
