What to Eat at Rocketfish, Now Open on Potrero Hill

Rocketfish, the new “Japanese tapistro and lounge” from former Blowfish Sushi chef Kenichi Kawashima, opened this week in the former Lingba space at 1469 18th Street, and we just received the menu from partner Marco Rodriguez. Thankfully, they’re keeping the “tapistro” stuff to a minimum, with just a few appetizers and such, and as we first imagined it’s essentially a sushi place with a full bar. See the menu below, and maybe you’ll want to give it a try for lunch or dinner this weekend. We have to say we like the sound of tempura mozzarella.
